The mission of the Virginia Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Affairs (OCA) is to provide protection to consumers against fraudulent, deceptive, and illegal practices in the marketplace. The Office is authorized by law to serve as the central clearinghouse for the collection, evaluation, investigation or referral of consumer complaints.
