Delaware - Attorney General
The Delaware Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit handles matters when a business has engaged in unfair and/or deceptive practices directed toward a consumer. The Unit provides informal mediation services in order to resolve disputes without court intervention, enforces the landlord/tenant code, and provides a myriad of outreach and educational services for the consumer.
