The Housing, Community and Economic Development Division is responsible for several programs including Community Development Block Grant Program, Community Facilities, Economic Development, First Time Homebuyer Loan Program, Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8), Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program, Infrastructure, Mortgage Credit Certificate Program, Public Housing Authority, and the Workforce Investment Act.
