  • Contra Costa County District Attorney
    Offers a limited mediation service; refers complaints it can't handle to the appropriate agency.

  • Contra Costa Legal Services
    Advice and representation for low-income residents of Contra Costa County in the areas of housing, public benefits, health access, and domestic violence. Assists clients through its Family Law Clinic. TTY machine available. Now part of Bay Area Legal Aid.

  • Contractors State License Board (CSLB)
    Call regional offices for information on disclosable complaints against a particular contractor. Contact district offices about complaints against faulty or illegally executed work, unreasonable delays or other problems with contractors. Call automated operator to verify contracting licenses.

    Answers questions about landlord/tenant rights.

  • Davis Human Relations Commission
    The Human Relations Commission works to promote cohesiveness and understanding among the members of the community by advising the City Council on the development of programs related to mediating disputes, investigating complaints, and preparing reports on discrimination of all kinds in the city.

  • Department of Aging, Long Term Care
