The Carpet & FabriCare Institute a non-profit regional trade association of carpet and textile cleaners serving California, Arizona and Nevada.They handle cleaning problems with furniture fabric. If the cleaner is a member, the Institute will contact the cleaner on your behalf. Even if the cleaner is not a member, file a complaint with the Institute and it will advise you on how to proceed. - The Complaint Station
