  • Community Action Partnership Of Sonoma County
    (Formerly Sonoma County People for Economic Opportunity) 
 Housing and other services for the homeless and low and moderate income families, including Head Start, Youth Build, and health care services. Bilingual (Spanish-English). 
This agency provides emergency rental assistance funds to help tenants keep their rental units, or help with first month's rent and/or deposits for moving into a rental unit (HCA Fund Program).
